Domestic shipping

Next Day Air Early A.M.

Next day delivery guaranteed before 8:00 am in main cities in 48 States in contiguous States. Between 8:30 am and 9:00 am in most cities in the US including Anchorage, Alaska. For other cities delivery guaranteed before 10:00 am.

Next Day Air

Delivery guaranteed next day before 10:30 am, noon, or before the end of the day of the next business day depending on destination, to the 50 States and Puerto Rico.

Next Day Air Saver

Economic delivery service guaranteed next business day to the 50 States and Puerto Rico (this service isn’t available to all destinations)

2nd Day Air A.M

Delivery service guaranteed in the morning of the second business day at commercial venues in the 50 States.

2nd Day Air

Delivery service guaranteed to any address in USA (excluding Alaska) and Puerto Rico before the end of the second business day.

3 Day Select

Delivery service guaranteed before the third business day to any address in the 48 contiguous States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Saturday Delivery

Delivery service guaranteed Saturday. Please pick delivery option: “Others” and write: "Saturday Delivery" in the comment section.

Other shipping methods.

Service through mail in USA (USPS) is available in orders that don’t exceed 5 lbs a Alaska, Hawaii, y Puerto-Rico.

International shipping options

Worldwide Express

Delivery service guaranteed by the second business day in 200 countries and territories. Delivery is guaranteed before 10:30 a.m. to most of big business centers and before the end of the business day in other destinations.

Worldwide Expedited

Delivery service in more than 52 countries. Shipping to Mexico and Canada is delivered before third business day. Shipping to Europe and Asia is delivered in 4 to 5 business days.

Standard to Canada

We offer an economical terrestrial service for shipping to Canada to most addresses in 10 Canadian provinces.

Note: It's possible that not all international services are available in some locations.

Return Policies

Every return must be sent with an authorization number of returning package, available in the Client Service department.

Every product received by Medimar Corporation without previous authorization would be returned to the sender.

Call the Service Client department to obtain the authorization number of the package returned.

In order to ask for an authorization, the following information is required:

  • Reason for return
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice number and pay order
  • Size and product reference number
  • Refund amount

All authorized returns must be made within 60 days after the invoice date and must include the order number and the authorization number of returning package.

For approved returns, the sender will receive a credit for the value of the merchandise less a restocking fee of 10% or a substitution, based on agreed.

The cost of transportation and any charge incurred for the processing of the return would be covered by the sender unless the return is due to an error from Medimar Corporation.
